With a depth of knowledge in both the veterinary and IT industries, the Business Services Unit is always looking for opportunities to help practices to grow and increase their bottom line.

The team includes:

• a dedicated Sales Consultant who handles all website-related sales enquiries;
• an Online Services Manager who handles design and technical issues and ensures that clients receive a consistently high level of service;
• two Web Designers with extensive experience in designing and building websites for veterinary practices;
• a Resident Vet/Content Editor who provides content for the dynamic features of our websites, runs our monthly Win On the Web promotions and answers Ask The Vet questions;
• a Sales Support Officer who handles administrative duties and provides customer service for our e-Commerce systems.
