Support and Maintenance for Websites, Domain Names and Email
Our website, domain name and email services are backed by support via the web, phone or email.
Existing clients can contact Support via our Client Support page. Please note that our team is only able to assist with services that we have provided to you.
Domain and website maintenance
Maintenance time is used for working on your domain name or website.
All e-Practice websites include a 2-hour block of maintenance upon going live.
You can pay for maintenance at our hourly rate (minimum ½ hour), or pre-purchase 2-hour blocks of maintenance at a discounted rate.
Pre-purchased blocks are valid for one year or until used, whichever comes first. Deductions from your pre-purchased maintenance time are taken in ¼ hour increments.
Clients can log in to request maintenance at any time.
Remote training
Remote training is a quick, easy way to learn how to work with your website effectively and efficiently. A member of our support team will schedule a time with you, connect to your computer (with your permission, of course) and work with you on various website tasks while answering your questions over the phone.
All e-Practice websites include a 1-hour training session upon going live.
Additional sessions can be booked if you need a refresher, or wish to train additional staff in making changes to your website.
Clients can log in to request remote training at any time.

Provet IT Web Services clients are given access to the clients-only area of our website, which includes:
- Website build support for clients having a website built
- Support FAQs and User Guides
- Requests for maintenance, remote support and Business Mail changes
